I am given to understand that Ir. Hodge

has made similar representation to your personally.

In conclusion, I infer from certain remarks which

you made to me whilst sick in Hospital that I had done away with Court files, I believe that they have all been recovered

in Court.

I should have gone on leave in May this year, but owing to all this trouble and work in the Court, I have tried to carry on and the result a complete break down in health. I am sorry that this has happened when just coming to the end of y 27 years service, with only two terms of

leave 1914 and 1921.
